ALL IN ONE Employment Services, Miamis #1 trusted staffing agency, is hiring on behalf of one of South Floridas most prestigious homebuilders. Were looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO and assist with light project coordination duties.
Responsibilities

Manage the CEOs calendar, travel, meetings, and daily workflow

Prepare reports, presentations, and handle confidential communication
-
Support coordination of new construction projects (permits, vendors, timelines)
-
Track project milestones and internal deliverables
-
Communicate with internal teams and external partners (city offices, vendors, subcontractors)
-
Organize documentation, follow up on action items, and maintain high-priority task lists
Requirements
-
3+ years as an Executive Assistant (CEO or senior leadership preferred)

Experience in construction, real estate, or property development highly preferred

Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)

Strong communication and time-management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic project tracking tools

Discretion, professionalism, and multitasking ability are essential
