About the Role

As a Wholesale Fresh-Cut Flower Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with floral shops, event planners, supermarkets, wholesalers, and distributors throughout Miami and South Florida.

You will promote premium-quality fresh-cut flowers sourced globally, manage accounts, generate new business, and ensure clients receive exceptional service and product selection.

This is a high-visibility, revenue-generating role with strong growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow a portfolio of wholesale floral accounts in Miami-Dade and surrounding areas
Conduct outbound sales calls, in-person visits, and client presentations
Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and process high-volume orders
Maintain strong client relationships and identify upselling opportunities
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
Monitor market trends, flower seasonality, and competitor activity
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in wholesale flower sales, floral distribution, fresh produce, or B2B sales
Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of flower varieties, seasonality, and floral industry trends preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred (Miami market)
Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
