Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients, candidates, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.

Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and emails promptly.

Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and conference calls.

Maintain front desk operations, ensuring a tidy and organized reception area.

Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Support recruitment team by communicating with candidates and tracking appointments.

Promote ALL IN ONEs brand and services during all interactions with clients and candidates.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.

Previous experience in receptionist, administrative, or customer service role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Familiarity with staffing or recruitment industry is a plus.
