What We're Looking For

- 5-7 years in data or ML engineering, with a focus on end-to-end pipelines

- Strong Python or TypeScript development skills

- Experience building cloud-native applications on Azure

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly

- Proactive, ideas-driven, and committed to engineering quality

- Experience mentoring junior engineers
