We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our modern, CNC-equipped manufacturing facility.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: CNC Programmer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for woodworking machines such as routers, panel saws, boring machines, and edgebanders
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to understand technical drawings and production requirements
  • Ensure CNC machines are running efficient, accurate, and optimized tool paths
  • Troubleshoot and modify programs to improve output quality and machine performance
  • Maintain digital libraries of CNC programs and ensure proper documentation
  • Support machine operators with setup and technical guidance
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
  • 5 years of experience programming CNC woodworking machines in a furniture manufacturing setup
  • Proficiency in CAM software (e.g., AlphaCAM, WoodWOP, BiesseWorks, or similar)
  • Understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC control systems (e.g., Biesse, Homag, SCM)
  • Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and technical blueprints
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Willingness to relocate and work in an international team environment

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
