CNC Maintenance Manager Furniture Production

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Maintenance Manager to join our team at our modern, CNC-equipped manufacturing facility.

Position Details:

• Job Title: CNC Maintenance Manager

• Contract: 2-Year Renewable
• Industry: Furniture Manufacturing & Retail

Responsibilities:

• Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC woodworking machines (e.g., routers, panel saws, edgebanders, boring machines)
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software faults
• Supervise and train a team of maintenance technicians
• Maintain detailed service records and machine history logs
• Coordinate with equipment manufacturers and vendors for parts and support
• Ensure machines run at optimal performance and meet safety standards
• Support production planning through equipment availability and uptime
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance
• 5+ years of experience in CNC machinery maintenance
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Hands-on experience with brands like Biesse, Homag, SCM, or similar
• Ability to read technical schematics and work with PLCs, drives, and CNC software
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to relocate and adapt to an international working environment

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance
• 5+ years of experience in CNC machinery maintenance
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Hands-on experience with brands like Biesse, Homag, SCM, or similar
• Ability to read technical schematics and work with PLCs, drives, and CNC software
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to relocate and adapt to an international working environment
