We are well-funded by two top global venture capital firms and over 50 strategic international angel investors from the fintech, insurance, banking, and real estate sectors. Our global team is based in multiple locations around the world.

Responsibilities

Own the full client lifecyclefrom initial education and onboarding to deal closure.

Guide clients step-by-step to ensure a smooth, informed, and timely loan experience.

Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the loan process.

Foster and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients.

Provide strategic advice and insights on investment opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, deliver solutions, and communicate updates.

Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or challenges in client relationships.

Represent the company with professionalism, efficiency, and a strong customer-centric attitude.
Requirements

Proven experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive.

Background in the mortgage industry, ideally as a Loan Officer.

Familiarity with the real estate financing and purchase process in the U.S.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

Excellent customer service skills with a client-first mindset.

Adaptability and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Highly self-motivated with a passion for learning and growth.

Experience handling large transactions is a plus.
