Branch Manager

Branch Manager (Country Head) - East Africa

Our client, a well-established and growing company in the logistics and freight industry, is looking for a driven and commercially minded Branch Manager to act as country head, based in East Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of 20 staff

- Develop and implement a strategy to retain existing clients and grow the business

- Understand and analyse the P&L

- Take ownership of commercial and sales responsibility for the branch

- Identify and capitalise on the significant growth potential in the business

Requirements:

- Experience in East Africa and within the logistics industry

- Strong commercial acumen with P&L understanding

- Proven people management experience, ideally leading teams of a similar size

- Driven, eager and motivated - attitude and personality are key for this role

Salary: R90,000 - R130,000 per month, depending on experience
