Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Ticketing Counter Executive. This role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service at the airport ticketing counter and ensuring all ticketing processes are carried out accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the ticketing counter, providing information on flight schedules, fares, and other related inquiries
- Process ticket sales, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain accurate records of all sales
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
- Assist with check-in and boarding procedures as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized ticketing counter area
- Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of customers and staff
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of airline ticketing systems is an asset
- Fluent in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Contract Details:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime during busy periods.
