Airport Ground Staff

Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the airport. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas - Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services - Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures - Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo onto aircraft - Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the aircraft - Coordinate with other airport staff, including pilots, cabin crew, and ground crew, to ensure smooth and timely operations - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of passenger and cargo information - Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local and international aviation regulations - Continuously strive to improve customer service and operational efficiency Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects - Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays - Previous experience in customer service, aviation, or hospitality is preferred but not required Contract Details: This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits. The selected candidate will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime during peak travel periods.
