Job Description: We are currently seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the aviation industry and a strong commitment to customer service. As a member of our ground staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our airport. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival - Check and process passengers' tickets and travel documents - Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations - Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner - Assist with baggage handling and loading/unloading of cargo - Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and timely operations - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Provide wheelchair assistance to passengers with special needs - Conduct security checks and screenings as required - Assist in the boarding and deplaning of passengers - Monitor flight schedules and make necessary announcements - Collaborate with other ground staff to ensure on-time departure of flights - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Participate in training and development programs as required Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent customer service skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Knowledge of basic computer skills - Previous experience in the aviation industry is an asset, but not required We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
