Airstriprealtech is a leading airport management company based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Customer Service Executive.
As an Airport Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to passengers and ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience. You will be the first point of contact for passengers, assisting them with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures. You will also handle any customer inquiries or complaints and provide timely and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at the airport check-in counters
- Process passenger tickets and handle baggage check-in
- Ensure compliance with all airport security and safety regulations
- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Liaise with other airport departments and airlines to ensure a smooth travel experience for passengers
- Handle any special requests or accommodations for passengers, such as wheelchair assistance or special meals
- Assist with boarding procedures and ensure all passengers are boarded on time
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
- Handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales and excess baggage fees
- Keep accurate records of all transactions and passenger information
- Handle any other duties as assigned by the Airport Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the aviation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with patience and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of ticketing systems
- Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Fluency in English and knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Must have a positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
