Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates - Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft - Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings - Provide excellent customer service to passengers and handle any inquiries or complaints - Assist with aircraft pushback and towing - Conduct safety checks and inspections of the aircraft and ground equipment - Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure timely and efficient operations - Adhere to all safety and security regulations and procedures - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy baggage and cargo - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills - Knowledge of a foreign language is a plus - No prior experience required, training will be provided Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
