Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Ground Staff – Front Desk Role. This full-time position will be responsible for assisting passengers at the airport and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the airport, answering any questions and providing information about flight schedules, baggage policies, and other airport services - Check-in passengers and their baggage, ensuring all necessary documents are in order - Assist with boarding procedures and handle any special requests or accommodations for passengers - Monitor and manage flight schedules, ensuring timely departures and arrivals - Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other airport staff, including security and ground crew, to ensure a smooth and safe airport operation - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including stocking necessary supplies and materials - Adhere to all safety and security protocols and regulations at the airport Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Knowledge of local languages and customs is a plus - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
