Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates - Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services - Check and process passengers' tickets and travel documents - Assist passengers with baggage check-in and collection - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure timely and safe boarding of passengers - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the terminal and boarding gates - Handle any customer service issues and resolve them in a professional and efficient manner - Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage onto aircraft - Adhere to all safety and security procedures and regulations - Perform other duties as assigned by the airport manager Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
