Job Overview: As an Airport Ground Staff – Passenger Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers at the airport. You will work closely with the airline staff and other ground handling agencies to ensure a seamless and efficient operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist passengers at the airport, including check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes. 2. Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information. 3. Handle passenger inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. 4. Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings at all times. 5. Coordinate with airline staff and other ground handling agencies to ensure timely and smooth operations. 6. Conduct security checks and screening procedures as per airport regulations. 7. Assist passengers with special needs, such as elderly, disabled, or unaccompanied minors. 8. Handle cash and credit card transactions for excess baggage, lounge access, and other services. 9. Maintain accurate records of passenger information and flight details. 10. Adhere to all safety and security protocols and procedures at the airport. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 6. Knowledge of airport operations and procedures. 7. Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and verbal. 8. Basic computer skills. 9. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. 10. Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time. 11. Must have a valid passport and be able to obtain necessary security clearances. 12.
