About the job Credit Operations Officer


• Perform all assigned tasks under Custodian functions as follows:-

- Check to ensure security documents received are in order.

- Updating of collateral data in LOADS system.

- Safe-keeping of security documents.

- Management of movement of security documents.

- Provision of security documents upon receipt of request from internal/ external customer.

- Support all Recovery units in retrieving and photocopying of security documents.

- Security compliance confirmation.

- Reconstruction of missing/ defective security documents.

- Custodian and management of credit files.

- Management of inward mails.

- Digitizing of security documents in e-DMS.

• Ensure task assigned are carried out efficiently, meeting TAT and set targets.

• Performance of duties to be in line with set procedure and within Bank’s policy and guidelines.

• Contribute and support process improvement initiatives.

• Build relationship and network with internal/ external parties.

• Undertake other duties and projects as and when assigned.

• A team player with positive work attitude.

• Able to organize work schedule to meet deadline

• IT literate
