1. Handle Inbound calls and maintain high service level during interaction with customers.

2. Resolves problem by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and providing alternative solution for customers.

3. Attend customers' request within agreeable turnaround time in an efficient manner.

4. Build an establish good rapport with customers and brand.

5. Work in a team to achieve the required KPI's.


1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or bachelor’s degree.

2. Candidate with 1-2 years of working experience in customer service expertise is required.

3. Excellent in English Language, both oral and written communication.

4. Must have stable internet connections.

5. Able to work on rotational shifts. (24/7)
