Job Description: -
  • Strategize and implement learning solutions that empower learners and build the needed capability in the workforce.
  • Drive and facilitate learning effectiveness measurements that impact behavioural change and meet business needs
  • Design, develop and customize blended learning solutions and curriculum including On-Demand e-learning content, instructor-led classroom programs, and structured learning at the workplace
  • Plan and implement various psychometric and competency assessments to facilitate self-discovery and establish crucial insights of individuals
  • Create great learner experiences through continuous optimisation of the Group’s Learning technology platform
  • Build a learning environment that encourages and inculcates a continuous and lifelong learning culture.

Requirements: -
  • Specialist in executing effective L&D solutions
  • Experienced professional in managing an entire L&D function of an organization
  • Minimum of 5 years focused working experience in the L&D role 
  • Passion in developing and growing others
  • Believes in and able to create social learning solutions that blend with other learning approaches well
  • Demonstrates the desire, confidence and ability to develop relationships with different groups of stakeholders
  • Strong capability to design learning solutions as well as to facilitate workshops and engage learners
  • Great interpersonal and communications skills with an aptitude for managing self
  • Strong command of English
  • Creative problem solver, flexible, positive and with great teamwork spirit.
