About the job Customer Service Executive - Korean

Looking for Korean speaking individuals with ability to work as Chat Support Specialist.
Working hours are from 9am to 5pm, Mon to Fri.

Job Responsibilities:
    • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat
    • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
    • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions

Job Requirements:
  • Local Korean with a University Degree and minimum of TOPIK 4 qualification
  • Native Korean with Malaysian Spouse / PR Visa are preferred
  • Able to work in Bangsar South
