Job Summary

  • Responsible for driving the growth and development of the company's food ingredient business by promoting tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • This role manages and expands assigned accounts, executes sales strategies, and ensures the attainment of individual sales targets in alignment with departmental objectives.
  • The position involves performing core sales and project‑management activities, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams such as R&D to promote accurate business solutions.
  • The specialist also monitors and prepares activity outputs, and supports the overall sales operations through quality client service and technical understanding of food ingredient

Minimum requirement:

  • College Graduate of Food Technology our any business course
  • Six months selling experience in Institutional Market.
  • Has a basic knowledge in Process Food Application (in theories, actual experience is a plus)
  • Food Manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Can drive and w/valid License Driver
  • Good oral and written communication


Required Skills:

  • Has good logical skills, can analyze the root cause of a problem
  • Positive attitude / positive mindset, team player
  • Has customer oriented skills
  • Average computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT & PDF)
  • Being confident independent worker.
  • Food sensory skills (food tasting, can identify the 5 basic tastes)
  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly with regards to health, safety & hygiene
