Our client is an international organization operating in the Consumer Healthcare industry, focused on transforming the way master data and business insights support strategic decision-making across global operations. With a strong emphasis on governance, analytics, and operational excellence, they are now looking for an experienced MDM Global Process Specialist to drive enterprise-wide master data strategy and governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

The MDM Global Process Lead will oversee the collection, storage, management, quality, and protection of master data.

The MDM Global Process Lead will have responsibility over areas such as master data quality, master data governance, master data management, and business analytics, and is responsible to:

  • Define and drive the global MDM and data governance strategy across all master data domains
  • Establish governance policies, standards, KPIs, and best practices to ensure data quality, consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Oversee master data management activities, including data cleansing, governance adoption, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Align business and technical data strategies with organizational goals and support data-driven decision-making through actionable insights
  • Collaborate with data owners, stewards, operational teams, and security stakeholders to ensure effective governance, access control, and compliance with privacy regulations
  • Support the development of enterprise analytics and data capabilities to improve operational performance and business growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5–6+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or business/data management
  • Strong knowledge of MDM governance frameworks, data quality, analytics, and enterprise data strategies
  • Experience with MDM and Data Governance tools, KPI monitoring, and cross-platform master data processes
  • Good understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Experience working in international and matrix-based environments is an advantage
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
