Responsibilities

As a Client Service Support Specialist, you will be the core of international workforce projects, ensuring smooth operational support, compliance, and service delivery across multiple markets.

This role offers the opportunity to combine operational expertise with client interaction and contribute to the growth of an organization that partners with global industry leaders.

  • Processing and registration of timesheets.
  • Support and administration for pre-invoicing activities.
  • Comply with the correct client processes to ensure proper distribution of sales invoices.
  • Follow up on any situations of late payments and/or incoming issues.
  • Processing incoming (timesheet) data in CSV or Excel, according to the data format requested.
  • Execution of all administrative formalities, internal or external to the VMS tool, linked to the external workers.
  • Guide consultants and suppliers with their onboarding process according to existing procedures.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Business and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and grow in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with applications such as Outlook, Excel, Adobe (PDF), other (e.g., O365), and ERPs (e.g., SAP Fieldglass).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good coordination and organizational skills, with a strong ability to meet deadlines.
  • Have a large dose of ownership, and appreciate a flexible way of working in a team.
  • Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is a plus.
