To strengthen the global IT team, our client is looking for a D365 Functional Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions by analysing requirements, designing functional specifications, and supporting the development and enhancement of enterprise applications. This role collaborates closely with stakeholders and technical teams to optimise processes, ensure system usability, and align IT initiatives with business priorities. It plays a key part in digitalisation efforts and continuous improvement across global operations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse business processes and gather functional requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for ERP/CRM.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and prepare related documentation and training materials.
  • Act as first-line support for functional application issues and change requests.
  • Support the implementation of new modules, upgrades, and system integrations.
  • Monitor system usage, identify improvement areas, and propose enhancements.
  • Ensure system documentation is maintained and aligned with change control procedures.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in functional analysis, application support, or business process optimisation within ERP/CRM environments.
  • Experience in finance, supply chain, HR, or CRM domains is required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business, or Engineering
  • Familiar with ERP/CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication and documentation capabilities
  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
