Full-stack Developer (with Fiori Development)

Akindra Talents (member of the Belgian Brainbridge Group) is a Romania-based IT workforce company providing flexible (IT) Staffing solutions and support to global customers. At Akindra Talents (based in the heart of Transylvania, Romania), we focus on connecting talents to our customers all over Europe. We build and manage remote (operational) support and development teams and offer support to our (freelance) collaborators during their journey.

We are currently seeking an experienced full-stack Developer to support one of our international clients within the SAP ecosystem. The focus of this role is the development and deployment of scalable applications using SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, and Python. This is a fully remote freelance opportunity with a long-term outlook.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement frontend applications using JavaScript and SAP UI5/Fiori frameworks.
• Develop backend functionality with Python, ensuring smooth integration within SAP BTP.
• Work within SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) to streamline development and deployment.
• Use Git for version control and CI/CD pipelines to support deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system consistency and alignment with project goals.
• Apply debugging and testing skills to maintain performance, usability, and code quality.

Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience with JavaScript, SAP UI5/Fiori, and Python.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, BAS, Git, and deployment procedures.
• Ability to work independently and deliver full-stack solutions in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills in English for effective collaboration across teams.
• Optional but valuable: knowledge of ABAP, Core Data Services (CDS), and experience in data development or debugging within SAP environments.
