Responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and portals

• Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and keep systems running smoothly

• Share expertise and best practices with internal teams

• Automate processes to improve efficiency and performance

• Ensure quality through code reviews, approvals, and clear updates

• Work with partners and support junior developers' growth

• Maintain and enhance ServiceNow platforms, including upgrades and patches

• Contribute to quality assurance and source code management

Your knowledge:

• 3+ years Lead Developer / Architect or several years of ServiceNow Development experience
• Deep knowledge of software development (JavaScript, etc.)
• Excellent English language skills
• Experience in Agile software development and design
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Huge plus:

• Experience in ServiceNow in at least 3 of these areas: ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HR, Integrations, Service Portal, Application Development
• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS)
• Experience in ServiceNow development (client/server-side scripting, AngularJS, Flow Designer) is an advantage
• Knowledge of ServiceNow reporting (data model, dashboards, Performance Analytics) and/or ServiceNow functionality (ITSM, ITBM, Custom Apps, Mobile App, Portal, integrations) is an advantage
