Akindra Talents (member of the Belgian Brainbridge Group) is a Romania-based IT workforce company providing flexible (IT) Staffing solutions and support to global customers. At Akindra Talents (based in the heart of Transylvania, Romania), we focus on connecting talents to our customers all over Europe. We build and manage remote (operational) support and development teams and offer support to our (freelance) collaborators during their journey.

We are currently looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant with a strong focus on pricing processes to support a business-critical transformation project. The consultant will take ownership of the detailed definition of the pricing concept and ensure alignment with architecture, legal requirements, and business needs across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the detailed definition and advancement of the pricing concept from a business perspective within an S/4HANA environment.
  • Define and align detailed pricing requirements as a basis for implementation in both target and transition architecture.
  • Cover key pricing aspects including list pricing, discounting, mark-up, and bottom-line pricing, with attention to legal and corporate directives.
  • Act as an advisor for the technical implementation of pricing functionalities.
  • Coordinate and align requirements with multiple squads and architecture stakeholders:
  • Squads: O2C, L2O, B2P, D2M, Data
  • Architects: Solution, Data, Business
  • Support the integration of pricing into the conceptual data model and broader business process framework.
  • Obtain necessary decisions from the architecture board to move forward with the approved pricing design.
  • Contribute to testing and training activities to support implementation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA in a functional/business-facing role, ideally with Docupedia knowledge.
  • Deep understanding of pricing strategies and business process integration in large-scale enterprise systems.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills for translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience coordinating across multi-disciplinary squads and architecture roles.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture governance and decision-making processes.
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to convey business and technical topics.
