Senior Business Analyst (Oracle HCM Learning)

We build and manage remote operational support and development teams, while also supporting our freelance collaborators during their journey.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the review of Skills & Mentoring processes and the implementation of Oracle HCM Learning, working closely with HR stakeholders, subject matter experts, and functional and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and design workshops with HR stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business owners to gather, analyse, challenge, and document business requirements.
• Assess business needs against Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities, identify gaps and optimisation opportunities, and design future-state HR processes using an adopt rather than customise approach.
• Create functional documentation, process flows, business rules, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps, ensuring traceability throughout the project.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to refine requirements, validate solutions, and support implementation planning for Skills & Mentoring and Oracle HCM Learning.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews, manage risks, dependencies, and assumptions, and provide guidance during the implementation and adoption of Oracle HCM Learning.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud and experience with Oracle Learning and/or Oracle Talent Management.
• Knowledge of Oracle Dynamic Skills and HR learning-management processes is a plus.
• Experience gathering requirements, process modelling, gap analysis, solution design, and translating business needs into Oracle HCM solutions.
• Experience facilitating workshops and working with senior stakeholders, HR management, subject matter experts, Oracle consultants, and technical teams.
• Strong advisory, stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps for user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to work independently in complex international environments.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
