Qt Developer

Description

We are currently seeking a freelance Qt Developer to provide consulting and implementation support for the analysis and integration of a Qt application framework into embedded Linux devices. You will work as part of an agile development team, contributing to the design, development, and optimization of applications while ensuring seamless integration into our embedded environment. This role offers a primarily remote setup with occasional on-site collaboration in Wuppertal.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and integrate a Qt application framework for embedded Linux devices
• Implement and maintain applications using Qt 6, QtQuick, and QML in large-scale environments
• Work with Qt AppManager for efficient application management
• Develop and optimize features using modern C
• Collaborate in an agile environment with 14-day sprints and regular Scrum ceremonies
• Participate in on-site exchange meetings in Wuppertal (approx. once a month)

Requirements

• Proven experience with Qt 6, QtQuick, and QML in complex environments
• Strong background in Qt AppManager and embedded Linux integration
• Proficiency in modern C development
• Experience working in agile Scrum teams
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Availability for occasional on-site visits in Wuppertal
