Senior Alphabet Developer

We build and manage remote operational support and development teams, while also supporting our freelance collaborators during their journey.

In this role, you will take ownership of developing and extending Alphabet solutions within a complex IT landscape, collaborating closely with technical and business stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced developers who are passionate about shaping enterprise architecture processes and driving digital optimization through tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and further develop customized solutions within the Alphabet tool
• Customize and enhance existing Alphabet applications based on the Alphabet meta model
• Analyze and translate business requirements from different departments into technical specifications
• Provide consulting for technical documentation and the creation of customization guidelines
• Support integration testing and quality assurance for implemented solutions
• Advise on EAM process optimization within the Alphabet system

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of the Alphabet meta model and Alphabet API
• Strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript (Groovy is a plus)
• Experience with Alphabet integration into enterprise IT landscapes
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
• English proficiency required; German is a strong advantage
