Position: Gauge Man

Salary: 2000-2200

Location ; Abu Dhabi 

Key Responsibilities:

- Use various gauges and instruments to measure and record the temperature, density, and viscosity of asphalt materials and products

- Perform routine checks and calibrations on gauges and other equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability

- Communicate with production team to ensure timely and accurate measurement of materials at various stages of the production process

- Record and maintain accurate data and documentation of all measurements and tests

- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with gauges or equipment and report them to the supervisor

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient production processes

- Assist with general maintenance and cleaning of production equipment and facilities as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a gauge man in the asphalt or construction industry

- Knowledge of different types of gauges and their usage

- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a production environment

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and measurements

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

- Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment as needed

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles as needed
