Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction, transport, manufacturing, or auction industries, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within our company. Key Responsibilities:

  • - Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with the company's goals and objectives
  • - Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the selection of top-quality candidates
  • - Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR-related issues
  • - Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
  • - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • - Manage payroll and benefits administration
  • - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • - Identify and address any HR-related issues or concerns within the company
  • - Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement workforce planning strategies
  • - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management

Qualifications:

  • - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • - Minimum of 10-15 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the construction, transport, manufacturing, or auction industries
  • - Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
  • - Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and policies
  • - Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • - Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • - Fluency in English, both written and verbal
