DDR (Steel Roller) Operator
Job Description:
- Setting up and adjusting rolling mill equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Monitoring the rolling process and making necessary adjustments to maintain specifications and tolerances.
- Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any mechanical issues that arise during production.
- Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintaining accurate production records and reporting any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in steel rolling processes.
