Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Roller Single Drum Operator to join our team at Al Sahraa Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining a roller single drum machine to compact earth, gravel, concrete, and other materials on construction sites. The role requires a high level of technical expertise and experience in operating heavy equipment in a construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate a roller single drum machine to compact earth, gravel, concrete, and other materials on construction sites.

- Conduct pre-operational checks on the machine to ensure it is in good working condition.

- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

- Understand and interpret construction plans and specifications to determine the appropriate areas for compaction.

- Monitor the machine's performance and make adjustments as necessary to achieve the desired compaction.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment maintenance.

- Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Follow all company policies and procedures, including equipment maintenance and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a roller single drum machine in a construction environment.

- Valid UAE driver's license and heavy equipment operator certification.

- Knowledge of construction plans and specifications.

- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
