Position: Rigger L3

Salary : 2450 AED

Rotation : 90/30

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate rigging and lifting operations for various projects

- Conduct site surveys and risk assessments to ensure safe and efficient execution of operations

- Select and inspect rigging equipment and ensure proper maintenance and storage

- Communicate with project managers and other team members to determine project requirements and timelines

- Supervise and train junior riggers to ensure safe and efficient work practices

- Operate rigging equipment and perform rigging tasks as needed

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times

- Maintain accurate records of rigging and lifting operations and equipment usage

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during operations

- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and safety

Qualifications and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Rigger in the construction or logistics industry

- Valid Rigger L3 certification from a recognized institution

- Knowledge of rigging equipment, techniques, and safety procedures

- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as OSHA and ANSI

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic

- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed

- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
