Job Description:

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting and developing employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating Tawjeeh and medical process of new onboarding staff
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts
- - Maintain employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
- - Process employee requests and maintain HR databases, such as attendance and leave records
- - Assist with performance management processes, including coordinating performance evaluations and maintaining performance records
- - Support the HR team in developing and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- - Coordinate training and development programs for employees, including scheduling and tracking participation
- - Assist with employee relations, including addressing employee grievances and conducting exit interviews
- - Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and procedures
- - Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications:
- - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- - 3-4+ years of experience in a similar role
- - Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- - Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
- - Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is preferred
