Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on light and heavy vehicles such as cars, trucks, buses, and other heavy equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide accurate and timely solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential problems and address them proactively.
• Repair and replace damaged or worn parts, including engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on vehicles.
• Communicate with clients to understand their vehicle issues and provide them with a detailed explanation of the repairs needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on vehicles.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in vehicle technology and repair techniques.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a light and heavy vehicle mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
