Position: Crane Operator

Location : Abu Dhabi

Salary : 3500-4500 AED

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate various types of cranes, including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes, in a safe and efficient manner.

- Inspect and maintain cranes and related equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.

- Perform pre-operational checks on cranes and ensure all safety measures are in place before starting work.

- Lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment according to instructions from the transportation team.

- Communicate with team members using hand signals, radio, or other forms of communication to ensure safe and efficient operations.

- Ensure that all loads are properly secured and balanced before lifting.

- Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to crane operations to ensure safety.

- Follow all safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.

- Keep accurate records of daily activities and report any issues or incidents to the transportation team.

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Valid crane operator certification.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating cranes in a transportation or construction environment.

- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their operating principles.

- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures for crane operations.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and lift plans.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.

- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary.
