Maintenance Coordinator
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Issue maintenance service sheets for all company-owned and contracted vehicles and plant machinery.
- Ensure all maintenance and repair activities are carried out as per schedule and service reports.
- Supervise and monitor work performed by mechanics, electricians, and painters.
- Maintain proper documentation for all maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure availability of spare parts, lubricants, and consumables at all times.
- Verify that all vehicles and equipment are fit for operation in hazardous areas.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or degree in mechanical / automobile engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within the oil & gas industry.
- Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License (Category 2).
HSE Requirements
- Comply with all HSE requirements, including ADNOC training and certifications.
- Communicate HSE rules and regulations effectively to drivers and operators as per HSEMS.
- Maintain pre-use inspection checklists for all equipment and vehicles.
- Follow company maintenance procedures and safety standards.
- Conduct workplace inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
- Ensure proper housekeeping in the workplace.
- Enforce correct usage of PPE at all times.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions for workers.
- Ensure proper shift handovers between teams.
- Confirm all plant equipment is fitted with required safety devices.
