- Salary: 4000-5000 AED per month
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a call center environment, preferably in the transportation industry, and be fluent in Arabic.
Responsibilities:
- - Handle incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries, complaints, and requests
- - Provide accurate and timely information regarding transportation services, schedules, and pricing
- - Process bookings and reservations for customers
- - Maintain customer records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate
- - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
- - Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs
- - Meet and exceed individual and team targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales
- - Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers
- - Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree
- - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in the transportation industry
- - Fluent in Arabic, both written and verbal
- - Excellent communication and customer service skills
- - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- - Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- - Must be able to work in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
