A team leader is driving the direction of the Infrastructure Architecture & Delivery, responsible for the design, development, and oversight of the organization's technology infrastructure. This includes servers, storage, networks, security systems, cloud technologies, and modern workplace tools. The role ensures compliance with security standards, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and maintains comprehensive documentation. A key focus is on solution deliverytranslating business needs into scalable, secure, and reliable IT solutions. This includes working with public cloud platforms, aligning with architectural roadmaps, and leading end-to-end infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cloud strategies that align with business goals, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security.
- Engage with executives, business units, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective cloud architecture.
- Conduct architecture reviews to ensure solutions adhere to best practices, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive cloud technology adoption by identifying opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the evaluation, selection, and deployment of cloud platforms, tools, and services, balancing performance, cost, and scalability.
- Define and enforce standards, policies, and procedures for cloud and network architecture.
- Utilize Office 365 to enhance team productivity and ensure seamless integration with cloud services.
- Design and deploy resilient office networks and Wi-Fi infrastructures that deliver high performance, security, and scalability.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving best practices in cloud and network architecture.
- Provide technical leadership on complex cloud and network architecture initiatives.
- Manage relationships with managed service providers, ensuring service levels are met and delivery performance is monitored.
- Lead a team of cloud and modern workplace architects and engineersoffering mentorship, conducting performance reviews, and fostering collaboration.
- Set team goals that align with broader business and cloud strategy objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- min 3 years of work experience as a teams management
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure technology and management, preferably within the financial sector.
- Deep expertise in Azure cloud services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions.
- Strong coordination and communication capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud architecture models, including microservices, containers, serverless, and hybrid environments.
- Proven ability in designing and implementing secure, high-performance network architectures.
- Proficient with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Skilled in infrastructure architecture design and roadmap development.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
