About the Role

We are hiring a senior-level Product Director or Senior Product Manager to drive growth and innovation for a suite of Fixed Telecommunications Network Services (FTNS). This is a newly created leadership role responsible for developing and executing product strategy, commercial packaging, and go-to-market initiatives for enterprise telecom solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Ownership
    Own the full product lifecycle of FTNS solutions, from concept, business case, and packaging to market readiness and performance tracking.

  • Go-to-Market Execution
    Lead the launch, pricing, and repackaging of fixed network products. Work with marketing and sales to develop commercial bundles, sales enablement tools, and positioning materials.

  • Sales & Business Support
    Support front-line sales teams with go-to-market strategies, product documentation, and commercial offers to drive B2B uptake and revenue.

  • Market & Competitive Analysis
    Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking. Identify customer needs, industry trends, and areas to differentiate the product portfolio.

  • Stakeholder Engagement
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, customer service, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction.

  • Content & Messaging
    Develop concise product content for both internal and external use including sales decks, one-pagers, and service descriptions.

Who Were Looking For

  • 12+ years experience in telecom product marketing/management, ideally within enterprise fixed-line services

  • Prior background from a telecom operator or network service provider is strongly preferred

  • Proven track record in managing product P&L, packaging, GTM strategy, and driving adoption

  • Strong knowledge of B2B telecom sales cycles, provisioning, and service delivery

  • Strategic thinker with excellent commercial instincts

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
