Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO (Wedding and Events Industry)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO in the wedding and events industry. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing delegated instructions, managing the CEO's daily schedule, handling all correspondence, conducting research, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and maintaining files.

In addition, you will act as the first point of contact for people who want to communicate with the CEO, so you will need to screen calls and emails, and decide which ones are important enough to bring to the CEO's attention. You will also be responsible for providing support for special projects, such as preparing presentations or organizing events.

Requirements:

  • A degree in business administration, hospitality management, or event planning
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Prior experience in the wedding and events industry is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software
