A Day in the Life
Design, code, test, deploy, repeat. Youll pair with fellow engineers and implementation pros to ship highvalue automations, squash bugs, and keep our RPA platform humming. One sprint youre crafting a slick API worker; the next youre deep in Sikuli scripts teaching a bot to read a messy invoice.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance automation features across the full SDLC.
- Hunt bugs, debug, and deliver rootcause analyses inside SLA windows.
- Monitor system health; surface and solve performance hiccups early.
- Write crisp docs: requirements, designs, API specsyou know the drill.
- Mentor interns/junior devs; pitch in on technical hiring when needed.
What You Bring
- 4+ yrs Java
- 2+ yrs Selenium
- Battletested in Agile/Scrum; comfortable reviewing and defending merge requests.
- Gift of clear, detailed communicationverbal, written, emoji.
- Organizational chops: you keep both your tasks and shared resources tidy.
- Builders mindset: unblock yourself, help the squad, back ideas with data.
- Thrive under pressure, adapt on the fly, stay cool while the roadmap shifts.
