Our clients rely on us to deliver top-tier talent and operational excellence fast, flexibly, and at scale. As our Global Sales Director, you will lead new business acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with deep ties in the U.S. tech ecosystem and a strong track record of initiating and closing new customer relationships. We are seeking a builder, someone energized by outreach, driven by performance, and skilled at converting relationships into results.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and close new client partnerships in the tech sector, especially in the U.S.
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies targeting product-based tech companies
  • Leverage your existing network to generate warm introductions and early wins
  • Partner with marketing to align lead generation efforts with outbound campaigns
  • Represent Alcor at events, tech meetups, and networking opportunities (Bay Area-based or nearby)
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate pipeline information
  • Provide feedback on client trends to help refine our go-to-market strategy
  • Meet and exceed quarterly new business goals

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on new client acquisition
  • Experience in IT or EOR services, outsourcing, or staffing solutions, preferably in high-growth or B2B
  • Proven track record of independently closing new business and consistently meeting goals/KPIS
  • Prior engagement with U.S.-based tech clients, including startups and mid-market product companies
  • Demonstrated proficiency in communication, negotiation, and building executive-level relationships
  • Willingness and ability to participate in local industry events and networking activities on a regular basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High degree of self-direction, accountability, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Established network of decision-makers (e.g., CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Founders) in the tech industry
  • Familiarity with global hiring models, remote team expansion, or R&D outsourcing
  • Experience representing organizations at industry events or panels, as a speaker or thought leader
  • Demonstrated success navigating complex sales cycles or consultative selling environments
