About the Role

Were looking for a hands-on MSFT Power Expert to join an innovation-driven team building internal AI-powered tools and chatbot solutions. Youll play a key role in developing scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies to support teams across legal, sales, and other functions.

This is a technical builder roleideal for someone who enjoys creating solutions from the ground up and working directly with stakeholders to bring ideas to life.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop chatbot solutions using Power Apps and

CopilotStudio

• Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize chatbot performance
• Build Proof of Concepts (POCs), including database integrations
• Create internal tools for use across multiple business units
• Propose and implement deployment strategies
• (Bonus) Integrate Microsoft tools with AWS environments

What Were Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in relevant technical roles
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML applications in real-world business settings
• Proven experience with:
• Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot Studio
• Building and customizing chatbots
• Prompt engineering for conversational tools
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills
• Someone proactive, independent, and solution-oriented
