We're hiring on behalf of one of our clients, an AI-powered enterprise data platform trusted by global companies like Verizon and Red Hat to drive go-to-market success through smarter, more actionable insights. Their patented technology helps revenue teams make better decisions using one of the most advanced commercial datasets in the industry.
We're looking for an AI Software Engineer to join the Revenue Insights team, where youll help scale and improve AI pipelines that transform communication data into real-time deal assessments. Youll work with Large Language Models (LLMs), collaborate across teams, and contribute to a fast-moving product with global impact.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are required.
What youll do

Enhance and scale LLM inference pipelines for performance, cost-efficiency, and quality

Build new AI features by integrating external data sources like company news or market signals

Improve monitoring and alerting tools to reduce debugging and resolution time

Help scale the system to generate over 5 million AI-driven insights per month

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Build internal tools that allow customer-facing teams to resolve issues independently

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business goals
What were looking for
At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with hands-on work in production systems

3+ years of experience developing distributed systems in cloud environments (AWS preferred)

Experience with structured and unstructured data

Proficiency with Apache Spark, Hive, Hadoop, or similar tools

Familiarity with LLMs and prompting techniques like Chain-of-Thought or RAG

Understanding of LLM limitations and how to work around them

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to software quality

Experience improving existing codebases, automation, or tooling

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Nice to have

Experience with Kafka or Elasticsearch

Experience with fine-tuning LLMs or applying advanced inference strategies
