About the Role
Were looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and grow one of our engineering teams at PX.com. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team culture, developing engineers, and ensuring we deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will balance people management with technical direction, working closely with the Head of Engineering. Together with her, you will shape how we build and deliver software.
As an Engineering Manager, you will:
- Grow and develop engineers: Support individual career development through coaching,mentoring, and feedback.
- Lead with impact: Drive team execution and ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable software.
- Shape technical direction: Contribute to the engineering groups architecture decisions, process improvements, and adoption of best practices.
- Foster innovation: Create an environment where experimentation, learning, and technical excellence are encouraged.
- Improve processes: Partner with other leaders to evolve how we work, from agile delivery to CI/CD adoption and DevOps culture.
- Build alignment: Work cross-functionally to make sure business objectives and technical goals stay connected.
- Guide culture: Champion collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Wed love to hear from you if you bring:
- 4+ years of experience managing engineering teams, with proven ability to build and grow high-performing teams.
- 8+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a strong technical foundation.
- Proven ability to develop, mentor, and coach engineers, helping them achieve personal and professional growth.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, SDLC, DevOps, and agile
- methodologies.
- Experience working in the cloud (Azure is a plus, but other cloud providers are also valuable).
- Experience driving innovation, process improvements, and adoption of best practices across teams.
- Ability to influence technical direction and architectural decisions in collaboration with staff engineers and leadership.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to align stakeholders across engineering, product, and business.
- A track record of creating an inclusive, collaborative, and high-trust engineering culture.
- Hands-on experience with .NET as a core part of the stack is a plus.
