GTM Solutions Associate

LATAM — Mexico, Argentina, Colombia preferred  |  Full-time, Remote

About the Company

We build AI-powered image automation for eCommerce, marketplaces, and creative teams. Our platform lets businesses process millions of product images at scale through a developer-friendly API — background removal, upscaling, AI-generated backgrounds, fashion model photography, and image-to-video. Customers range from global marketplaces to fashion brands that cannot afford to process product photography manually.

We are a small, technical team in a growth phase. This is an early GTM hire with real ownership and real impact from day one.

The Role

This is not a traditional sales role. It sits at the intersection of customer success, technical product adoption, and growth experimentation. You will work directly with customers — developers, eCommerce managers, marketplace operators — helping them activate and get lasting value from our API and platform. You will also feed insights back to product and engineering to improve how we go to market.

If you are a strong communicator who is genuinely curious about AI products, comfortable in conversations about APIs and developer workflows, and energized by ambiguity rather than paralyzed by it — this role was built for you.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with customers — developers, ops managers, and eCommerce teams — to understand their use cases and guide successful adoption of our API and platform
  • Support product demos, onboarding, and activation workflows — helping customers move from signup to meaningful usage
  • Own the signup to activation to retention funnel: identify friction points, test improvements, and report findings back to product and engineering
  • Assist with outbound and inbound GTM efforts — test messaging, identify target segments, and iterate on what resonates
  • Support GTM operations: CRM hygiene, pipeline visibility, and reporting
  • Be the voice of the customer internally — surface product gaps, common objections, and activation blockers to the team

Must-Haves

  • 1-4 years of experience in a SaaS or tech environment — customer-facing role preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish — written and verbal
  • Comfortable in conversations with developers or technical customers about APIs and workflows (you do not need to code, but you cannot be afraid of technical discussions)
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity — you figure things out without waiting to be told
  • Evidence of ownership: you have driven outcomes, not just executed tasks

Strong Plus

  • Experience at an API-first company, AI startup, or product-led SaaS (Cloudinary, Shopify, Vtex, Canva, Twilio, Stripe, or similar)
  • Background in image, video, or creative technology
  • Familiarity with product-led growth motions — activation funnels, usage-based expansion, onboarding optimization
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic GTM operations
  • Former top BDR or junior AE looking to own more than just the pipeline

Not a Fit

  • Pure SDRs with no ownership over outcomes
  • Quota-driven AEs who are not interested in the product
  • Passive CSMs who wait for customers to come to them
  • Candidates who need heavy structure and defined playbooks to operate

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

  • Customers activate and use the product meaningfully — not just sign up
  • Measurable improvement in signup-to-usage conversion
  • You have identified and communicated at least 3 GTM gaps that the product team acted on
  • You have built relationships with key customers and become their go-to contact

Reality Check

This role has high ambiguity and broad scope. Expectations are closer to mid/senior impact despite the junior/mid seniority level. You will work directly with the founders and early team. If you need a defined playbook and a manager checking in daily, this is not the right fit. If you are energized by building something from scratch and owning the outcomes — this is it.
