Full Stack AI Engineer

Were seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer with 8+ years of experience to help us build and scale our company to the next level. In this role, youll be central to transforming raw data into reliable pipelines and systems that enable predictive models, AI agents, and other advanced automations.

What You'll Do:

· Develop & Release AI Features: Build and manage AI/ML features such as predictive models, AI agents, and other automations that improve decision-making and business performance.

· Data Engineering at Scale: Design, implement, and maintain robust ETL processes, pipelines, and workflows to ensure data is clean, structured, and production-ready.

· Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize data infrastructure across cloud-native environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

· Automation & Orchestration: Use tools like Apache Airflow to orchestrate pipelines, automate workflows, and support platform scalability.

· Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial, Finance, and IT teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that connect raw data to actionable AI outputs.

What Were Looking For:

· Strong Experience in AI/ML Development: Proven ability to design, implement, and release AI and machine learning features in production environments.

· Advanced Python Programming: Expertise in writing clean, efficient, and production-ready Python code for pipelines, automations, and AI integration.

· AI Model Deployment & Optimization: In-depth knowledge of deploying AI models to production, optimizing them for performance, and maintaining scalable, efficient systems for real-time processing.

· Strong SQL Knowledge: Solid skills in building queries, optimizing performance, and working with large datasets.

· Data Engineering Background: Hands-on experience with ETL, data pipelines, and infrastructure management.

· Cloud & Orchestration Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Blob Storage), Apache Airflow (DAGs, pipeline orchestration), and version control (BitBucket).

· Problem Solver & Communicator: Excellent problem-solving mindset, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear communication for diverse stakeholders.
